Recruitment Policy & Requirements

Welcome to the Dissolution recruitment Section. Before you make your application please read the requirements below.


Attitude/character:

We want people with a good attitude towards their fellow guild members and other people on the server. We are friendly guild and we expect you to be friendly aswell. During or after raid time we analyze our wipes, who perform good and who didn't and therefore we expect also that you will give us explanation if you fail consistently. This leads to more efficient raids, and is never a personal thing.

We expect all our raiders to always be prepared before next raid. This means that you will be infront of raid before raid invites start, you will always be ready with enough consumables to last the raid.

Also, we don't allow slacking in way - you got some gear on boss, and right after you are leaving raid to go reforge/gem your new gear while the raid is still on. You have break time to do that.


Knowledge and Skill:

We expect you to know your class inside out. Knowledge of other classes you play is additional plus aswell. We also expect you to be prepared and know tactics for every boss in current content. If we are progressing on heroic mode and you never done any hc boss in MoP, we expect you will read and watch tactics before we our raid start, and that you will not slack with that and wait for others to explain you what you have to do on each boss.


Attendance:

Do NOT bother to join us as raider if you dont have time to raid 3 days per week. It can happen sometimes that you can't attend to raid, be late or something, this is why we create AFK thread, where you can post when and why you will be late or you won't be able to come on raid. In the end you can always leave us in-game mail with reason why you won't be able to raid that day.

We do expect as high attendance as possible, and thats why we are making calendar invites 2 weeks ahead, so we can give you time to plan your personal stuff. Thats why we also expect if you put tentative/decline, you will give some explanation to raidleader/officer/gm what's the reason for tentative/declining raid. We do not support slacking around, putting accept on calendar and not showing without giving us explanation which is bringing us back to AFK thread on forum or in-game mail to let us know on time.


Communication:

It is important that everyone can communicate effectively during a raid. Teamwork before anything else. For this you must have a working microphone/headset and mumble. It is crucial that you are able to speak on mumble for calling out your cd's or whatever you need during boss fight - we can't read your mind or think instead of you.
