Dissolution.
We're a small 10 man group that currently raids 3 times a week with the hope of achievement very strong progress without the need to get to the point of raiding too much. Despite this, we do have high standards and high expectations and we are aiming to be better and better.
Raid days:
Wednesday 19.30-23.00
Thursday 19.30-23.00
Sunday 19.30-23.00
Sometimes it might happen to extend raid time by 30 min if we are on some progress boss and close to killing it.
Loot rules:
We are using loot council. There is only one reason for it - we want to gear our raiders equally so it can't happen 2-3 raiders are BiS geared and carrying other 7-8 raiders during heroic progression. We want to give chance to everyone to prove themselves, and we all know gear besides knowledge and skills have huge role in that.
How we do it is that we link what dropped, you link in /raid your current gear, and raidleader + officer + gm will decide who need that gear more. Of course it won't happen that during one week we will give all loot to lowest geared person in raid, we will be fair to everyone. We do not tolerate crying about loot, especially now when u have tokens for extra loot.
Recruitment status:
We're always on the lookout for skilled players regardless of class and spec, so even if your class is not on the list, and you are one of the exceptional players with knowledge and skill of your class, if you have same goal as we do - progress, please apply by chatting to one of us in-game, by e-mail or through our forums!
