I am applying as a Ret Paladin. I don't have any recent wol logs since I have only pugged most of the kills.

Do you have an off spec? How good is your off spec gear?
I have a prot off spec which I am trying to gear. The gear I have now as prot is Ilvl 477.

Are you happy to respec and play to other specs if needed?:
yes I am willing to go prot if needed.

What glyphs do you use and why?
I use glyph of templar's verdict because I will always have a defensive cd up and its nice for the healers.
I use Glyph of double jeopardy because its nice to have on bosses when there comes mobs because I can just switch target and judge that target so I get a 20% damage buff on judgement and I can also keep seal of truth up on the boss and mob.
I use the glyph of avenging wrath because its nice to have a off heal up when bursting so you don't have to waste holy power on word of glory.

What professions do you have? Why did you pick those professions?
I have engineering and blacksmithing.
I chose engineering because the synapse springs is really good for the extra burst damage and a extra cd when you don't have any cd's up. The rocket boots for engineering is also really good if you have to move really fast.
I chose Blacksmithing because the extra gems for hands and wrists are nice and all the extra stuff you can make with blacksmithing like belt buckle nad gear.

Yes I never qq if someone gives me some critisism and I never start drama. I don't even like drama.

Have you ever taken a break from World of Warcraft and why?:
I took one after clearing Hc dragon soul 10 times because my old computer broke and I had to buy a new one.

How much longer do you see yourself playing WoW?
I see my self playing wow untill Blizzard completely screws over ret paladin's in pve.



Raiding Information

Previous Guilds/Current Guild: (Include reason for leaving/desire to leave)
I used to be a in a guild called "NATION" on Kazzak, Horde, which is now called "Handle with Care" on Twisting Nether. They were one of the most dedicated guilds on Kazzak and raided 5 days a week. I would still have been in the guild but I left because I stopped raiding because of some pc problems which are fixed now.

What was your guild rank? (gm, officer, member etc)
Member, the only ones who where officers was the gm's swdish friends.

What pre TBC, BC, WOTLK, Cata, MOP raiding experience do you have?
FL: 7/7 N no hc kills.
DS: 8/8N and 8/8 hc on both 25 and 10 man. I even had some dps ranks.
MOP: 16/16 N and 1/16 HC due to no guild.

Can you move out of fire/void zones on the ground in less than .001 sec?
Yes.

Can you make all our raid nights?
I can make every raid night.

During raid, is it likely that you may need to go afk for dinner or similar at all? Are you an adult in control of your own playtime or is it dictated for you?
I am in controll of my own life and I always eat before raids.

My key bindings are: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,F1,F2,F3,F4,F5,Q,E,R,T,F,V,C,G,X,Y,S,H,|.
My rotation is:
Pop Pot
Pop Execution sentance
Pop guardian
Pop Inquisition
Pop wings
then I build up 3 holy powers by using judgement, crusader strike and hammer of wrath then spam templar's verdict.
After using all of my cd's I keep inquisition up use templar's verdict and then pop execution sentance.

What addons do you use?
The main ones are: CLC Ret.
DBM.
Recount.
Mik's scrolling battle text.
Extra cd's.

Are you willing to download/use all the necessary addons that are requied to raid with us?
Yes I am.

Are you comfortable with the fact that you may not always have a raid spot?
I have sitted in the raid before and it doesnt bother me that much if it means that the guild lands a boss kill.

Are you comfortable with the fact that you may have to go on alt during progression/farm raids?
I like to gear alts and I like to play more character's then only one.

Do you have the habit of reading up on all new encounters? Do you stay up to date with class changes? I always read up on boss tactics when they are realeased to public and I always look on forums to see if they buff ret or make a new spell or something like that.

Are you ok with golds? Can you afford repair + flask + pots?
Yes I can.

Do you have Mumble installed and a working microphone?
Yes I have mumble and yes I have a mic.

Can you speak and understand English to a good level?
Yes.

Average Latency and FPS during raiding?
I can have 60+ fps on ultra setting's on 25 man and on 40 man bosses like sha of anger.
My MS is about 30 when raiding.

How did you get information about Dissolution? I got whispered by Ollíe when spamming trade chat for a guild.

What sets you apart from other members of your class? (Describe yourself as a player).
Most of the average players raid's and then the log off I like to play more to try to improve my dps and try different talents and rotations. I also read up on forums and watch pve livestreams so I can try to learn some tactics or tricks for the fights. I also do alot of dailies and cap valor points which most of the players don't do.

What would you bring to Dissolution as a guild?
I feel I can bring the required dps for the fights and I'm never in a bad mood eventho we wipe to silly stuff in progress. I also do transmog runs and some pvp.

What would you expect from Dissolution as a guild?
I would expect stable progression and good players.

Have you read, and do you agree to, the guild policy?
Yes I have read the guild policy and I accsept it.

Anything in particular you feel you should add to your application?: Well I am an 18 year old guy from Norway who plays videogames and have fun with friends IRL and in game. I also study computer electronics.

Can you set up WoL and do an LFR? It gives us a good way of properly looking at how you dps.

Also, what is the reasoning behind CLC Ret and how long have you used it for?

And the reason behind clc ret is just to keep track of spells and when to refresh inquisition.

And I have been using clc ret since Dragon soul.
